Inspire SouthPark is a 369-unit community in Charlotte, North Carolina. This in-fill development features its own park and community trail, with a number of amenities and micro-experience available to residents. Inspire is a joint venture between Morgan Holdings and Bond Companies. The principals' collaboration has created the finest new residential community in Charlotte’s Southpark neighborhood.

It’s curated experience featuring branded amenities including: a junior Olympic-size swimming pool, a wellness center with spa and sauna services, a bike workshop and storage room, a private dining room, gaming room, golf simulator, yoga room, cycle room, two dog parks and dog spa experience, demonstration kitchen, and a community social hall.

We collaborated with Thirst, a communication design practice located in Chicago, on Inspire's identity program. The program reflects upon an improved luxury experience by utilizing whitespace to mark comfort and the ease of living. In addition to designing the Inspire wordmark, Thirst named and identified each of the amenity spaces with a logo.
