Beverly Frederick

Beverly Frederick is a Property Manager at Bond Companies. She has over 15 years of Real Estate experience and has held a number of positions in all aspects of the business before joining the company in 2007. At Bond Companies, Beverly’s role as Property Manager includes lease renewals, move-ins, move-outs, transfers within the property and all tenant related leasing matters. Her primary focus is to serve as liaison between owner, tenants, and vendors to maintain the Bond Companies standard of excellence.
