Chris Berman

Chris Berman is an Associate in the Los Angeles office. He is responsible for supporting and assisting ground-up developments through their entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposition. Chris plays an integral role in the underwriting, market research, asset management, accounting, and project management for the firm’s portfolio. He holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
