Damon Dance is Executive Vice President of Development at Bond Companies. In his role, Mr. Dance is responsible for overall development activities for projects in the Chicago and Mid-Atlantic regions. During his tenure at Bond Companies, he has been responsible for real estate development projects in excess of 2 million square feet and $500 million. Mr. Dance began his career at General Motors where he managed new vehicle launches.
Mr. Dance is a member of Urban Land Institute, International Council of Shopping Centers, and Young Real Estate Professionals. He also holds the designation of Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional and is a licensed real estate Managing Broker in the state of Illinois. Mr. Dance received an MBA from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
