David Guekguezian is a Development Analyst with Bond Companies. He is responsible for underwriting potential developments, modifying models for existing projects, and assisting the team with project and asset management. Prior to joining Bond Companies, David spent time working for a boutique real estate brokerage that focused on multi-family investments.
David holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematical economics from Pitzer College. He also holds qualifications from Harvard Business School, Harvard Extension School, and UCLA Extension School. In his free time, David enjoys outdoor activities.
