Jake Greenberg is a Development Analyst and Manager at Bond Companies. Jake is responsible for supporting the development process on projects across the portfolio. He has a wide range of roles including underwriting, due diligence, construction management, and asset management.
Jake received his Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics with a focus in Real Estate Private Equity from the Wisconsin School of Business at The University of Wisconsin – Madison and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Wisconsin – Madison.
