Ramin Kianfar is a Senior Vice President at Bond Companies where he manages the development of its urban project in Hollywood as well as provide senior support for the company’s other on-going development efforts. Ramin is also engaged in identifying acquisition and repositioning opportunities in the Los Angeles market.
Ramin previously worked for the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles (HACLA) where he managed one of the most complex development projects in the City of LA, the $1 billion redevelopment of Jordan Downs, a 1950s-era 700-unit public housing community. At buildout, the entirely new Jordan Downs will include up to 1,800 multifamily homes, a 115,000 square-foot neighborhood retail center, a 50,000 square-foot community center and 9 acres of parks and open space.
Prior to joining HACLA, Ramin was a Vice President for Lennar where he helped establish its urban operations in Los Angeles. During his time at Lennar, Ramin held various positions, including Manager of Finance, Director of Development and Vice President of Finance.
Ramin has served on the Board of the Ross Minority Program at the University of Southern California. He has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant and holds a real estate broker’s license in the State of California.
Ramin is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a Master of Real Estate Development degree as well as San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
