Chris plays an integral role in the underwriting, market research, asset management, accounting, and project management for the firm's portfolio. He holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.

Hayden is the Community Manager for The Preserve LA, where he is responsible for community relations, the management of members and on-site employees, and operations. He has over 20 years of experience across government, entrepreneurship, talent development, and facility management. He served as a Correction Officer in the Ministry of National Security, ran a reupholstering and mechanic shop, and created a platform for youth talent development, which he ran for 14 years. Hayden was also a finalist in Trinidad and Tobago's Soca Monarch, placing in the top 20 out of 2,000+ contestants. Throughout his career, Hayden has demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and excellence in various fields.

Larry Bond co-founded Bond Companies along with his brother Robert Bond in 1987 and serves as its Chairman. Bond Companies has offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. Larry heads up the Los Angeles office.
The Los Angeles Business Journal has honored Bond Companies as "Residential Developer of the Year". In addition, the National Association of Home Builders honored the company by selecting it as one of three finalists for the Freddie Mac Multifamily Developer of the Year for the United States. All told, the company has won dozens of awards for its innovative developments throughout the United States.
Mr. Bond has been developing mixed-use properties for more than twenty years including the award-winning, Sunset & Vine, a 750,000 square foot mixed-use project in Hollywood at the intersection bearing its name. Sunset & Vine won more than a dozen national awards including "Project of the Year", "Best Urban Mixed-Use Project", "Best Urban Retail Center" and "Best Residential Project". This includes the highly coveted "Golden Nugget" award for best real estate development.
Mr. Bond is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. He has been a frequent speaker on business and the environment at numerous real estate conferences including Urban Land Institute where he also contributed on a book on mixed-use development, the Los Angeles Business Council, Young Presidents Organization and the National Association of Home Builders and International Council of Shopping Centers amongst others. He is a founder and former chair of Young Presidents Organization YPO Angeleno Gold and was a former chair of YPO Malibu. In 2015, he was selected amongst the 26,000+ CEO's from 131 countries in YPO as the "Best of the Best" Chapter award winner while the chair of YPO Angeleno Gold. He was also honored by his selection as the Chair of the organization's penultimate annual conference, The Edge that was held in Vancouver, BC where more than 3,000 CEO's attended from more than 100 countries. The conference brought world-class leaders on politics to technology, medicine to robotics to share their viewpoints with the attendees.
He is a past board member of the Los Angeles Business Council, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Chinatown Business Improvement District, Junior Achievement of Southern California and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust. He was a co-founder of the Giffoni Hollywood Children's Film Festival along with his wife, Jennifer, Steven Paul, Jon Voight, and Will Smith. He was also a Trustee for Alternative Living for the Aging (a non-profit assisting seniors living below the poverty line) and was the 2003 recipient of its Annual Achievement Award. In 2003, he was asked to join the Homeland Security Advisory Council Region One and currently serves on the Executive Committee. Robert J. Bond is a co-founder and president of Bond Companies, an award-winning real estate development and investment firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. Rob is based in Chicago.
He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Science Degree in real estate investment analysis and appraisal theory with a concentration in finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in finance and a degree in economics from the same university.
Over the past 30 years, Mr. Bond has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions involving development, acquisition, re-development and capital formation activities representing several billion dollars.
With a national platform, Bond Companies has completed several high profile projects in Oakland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles and in the Chicago metropolitan area. Having won multiple awards and improving the fabric of those communities, Mr. Bond has always kept the local community and their needs in high regard and consideration during each project. The firm has expertise in mixed-use, adaptive re-use, retail and multi-family developments.
As a thought leader, he has appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Crain's and Investor Business Daily, as well as several industry periodicals discussing mixed-use development and the retail marketplace.
