Chris Berman is an Associate in the Los Angeles office. He is responsible for supporting and assisting ground-up developments through their entire life cycle, from acquisition to disposition. Chris plays an integral role in the underwriting, market research, asset management, accounting, and project management for the firm's portfolio. He holds a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he studied Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.

Hayden is the Community Manager for The Preserve LA, where he is responsible for community relations, the management of members and on-site employees, and operations. He has over 20 years of experience across government, entrepreneurship, talent development, and facility management. He served as a Correction Officer in the Ministry of National Security, ran a reupholstering and mechanic shop, and created a platform for youth talent development, which he ran for 14 years. Hayden was also a finalist in Trinidad and Tobago's Soca Monarch, placing in the top 20 out of 2,000+ contestants. Throughout his career, Hayden has demonstrated leadership, adaptability, and excellence in various fields.

Larry Bond co-founded Bond Companies along with his brother Robert Bond in 1987 and serves as its Chairman. Bond Companies has offices in Los Angeles and Chicago. Larry heads up the Los Angeles office.

The Los Angeles Business Journal has honored Bond Companies as "Residential Developer of the Year". In addition, the National Association of Home Builders honored the company by selecting it as one of three finalists for the Freddie Mac Multifamily Developer of the Year for the United States. All told, the company has won dozens of awards for its innovative developments throughout the United States.

Mr. Bond has been developing mixed-use properties for more than twenty years including the award-winning, Sunset & Vine, a 750,000 square foot mixed-use project in Hollywood at the intersection bearing its name. Sunset & Vine won more than a dozen national awards including "Project of the Year", "Best Urban Mixed-Use Project", "Best Urban Retail Center" and "Best Residential Project". This includes the highly coveted "Golden Nugget" award for best real estate development.

Mr. Bond is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. He has been a frequent speaker on business and the environment at numerous real estate conferences including Urban Land Institute where he also contributed on a book on mixed-use development, the Los Angeles Business Council, Young Presidents Organization and the National Association of Home Builders and International Council of Shopping Centers amongst others. He is a founder and former chair of Young Presidents Organization YPO Angeleno Gold and was a former chair of YPO Malibu. In 2015, he was selected amongst the 26,000+ CEO's from 131 countries in YPO as the "Best of the Best" Chapter award winner while the chair of YPO Angeleno Gold. He was also honored by his selection as the Chair of the organization's penultimate annual conference, The Edge that was held in Vancouver, BC where more than 3,000 CEO's attended from more than 100 countries. The conference brought world-class leaders on politics to technology, medicine to robotics to share their viewpoints with the attendees.

He is a past board member of the Los Angeles Business Council, the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, the Chinatown Business Improvement District, Junior Achievement of Southern California and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Land Trust. He was a co-founder of the Giffoni Hollywood Children's Film Festival along with his wife, Jennifer, Steven Paul, Jon Voight, and Will Smith. He was also a Trustee for Alternative Living for the Aging (a non-profit assisting seniors living below the poverty line) and was the 2003 recipient of its Annual Achievement Award. In 2003, he was asked to join the Homeland Security Advisory Council Region One and currently serves on the Executive Committee. He was honored by the Covenant House of California as its 2006 Platinum.

Robert J. Bond is a co-founder and president of Bond Companies, an award-winning real estate development and investment firm with offices in Chicago and Los Angeles. Rob is based in Chicago.

He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Master of Science Degree in real estate investment analysis and appraisal theory with a concentration in finance. He also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in finance and a degree in economics from the same university.

Over the past 30 years, Mr. Bond has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions involving development, acquisition, re-development and capital formation activities representing several billion dollars.

With a national platform, Bond Companies has completed several high profile projects in Oakland, San Francisco, and Los Angeles and in the Chicago metropolitan area. Having won multiple awards and improving the fabric of those communities, Mr. Bond has always kept the local community and their needs in high regard and consideration during each project. Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the Wisconsin School of Business, the Economic Club of Chicago and the City Club of Chicago. Mr. Bond is a National Council Member of The American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and a Board Member of the Jewish United Fund of Metropolitan Chicago.

Wesley has over five years of experience in coworking spaces, and over two years in IT/AV. With The Preserve, he oversees all network technology, video conferencing solutions, and integrated office systems, as well as managing all Audio/Visual buildouts for events on campus.

Cameron Charles is a Senior Community Manager with Inspire Living Group and has over 10 years of multifamily property management experience across luxury and mixed-use communities in Los Angeles, New York City, and San Diego. He specializes in operational excellence, resident experience, financial performance, and Class A community management, with extensive experience in both market-rate and affordable housing. Cameron is passionate about creating elevated living experiences and fostering strong relationships within the communities he serves.

Damon Dance is a seasoned real estate development and investment professional with over 20 years of experience leading complex, large-scale projects. He has successfully developed over 2 million square feet and $500M of multifamily and mixed-use properties in Chicago, excelling in all aspects of the development process. With a strong leadership background at a national development firm, Damon has orchestrated the efforts of diverse teams, including zoning attorneys, architects, engineers, general contractors, and site superintendents, to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Joeny Frame is the Property Manager for Axis and Mosaic Apartments in Nashville, where she oversees day-to-day operations, resident relations, and team management. Originally from Mexico and raised in Nashville, Joeny is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree at Bethel University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and two dogs.

Dorion Franks is an experienced and dedicated accountant at Bond Companies. She studied at Hampton University, where she graduated with a BS in Accounting. In her current role, her responsibilities include AP/AR functions, financial reporting, and investor relations. Dorion is a team player, who is committed to assist in fulfilling the company's objectives.

LaShonda Kirk is the Senior Accounting Manager at Bond Companies. She is responsible for the production and distribution of all the financial reporting statements for the company. She provides financial analysis to mitigate risks and comply with income taxes. She also serves as an Internal Systems Consultant to keep Bond Companies current on new accounting technologies.

LaShonda has 20+ years of experience in real estate and property accounting. She received a Bachelors of Science in Accounting, a Master's in Business Administration, and a Master's in Finance from Robert Morris University.

Angelica is the Assistant General Manager at The Preserve LA, where she develops sales strategies, converts leads, and enhances client retention. With expertise in sales operations, event coordination, and visual merchandising, she drives business growth and operational efficiency.

Skilled in project management, process optimization, and CRM and event management software, Angelica is known for her strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and client relationship management. She holds a Real Estate Certificate and a Business & Civic Engagement certification from Los Angeles Trade Tech College, as well as a degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute in North Hollywood.

Bob Lynn began his career in California as a carpenter, working on multi-family, residential, commercial, and retail projects. In 1994, he moved from Orange County to Peoria, Arizona, where he shifted his focus exclusively to multi-family construction. Over the years, he has held leadership roles on more than 5,000 multi-family units, serving as a foreman, assistant superintendent, lead superintendent, and owner's representative.

Bob has built strong relationships with local subcontractors and city officials throughout Phoenix and its surrounding areas. He brings a deep understanding of the complexities of multi-family construction and values the people who drive the industry forward. His leadership is grounded in respect, professionalism, and a commitment to doing things the right way.

Ellyse Murphy is a Development Project Manager with Bond Companies. In her role, Ellyse is responsible for managing the full life cycle of day-to-day development activities for Chicago- and Phoenix- area projects from site acquisition and entitlements, through construction, to lease-up and dispositioning.

Ellyse brings a planning perspective to development and is passionate about improving the built environment to create thriving and resilient communities. Ellyse's development experience spans a variety of product types including market-rate and affordable multifamily, condo, mixed-use, retail, and office projects. Most recently, she worked in affordable housing development in New York City, where she oversaw over $125 million in real estate transactions in a year.

She is an Urban Land Institute Chamberlin Fellow and UrbanPlan Facilitator and an active member of the women's Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF).

Ellyse received a Master of City Planning with a concentration in Public Private Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Real Estate Design & Development Certificate from The Wharton School. She also has a B.A. in Geography from The George Washington University.

Carra Theodore has been an integral part of the team since 2021, bringing with her an extensive 12-year background in property management. She began her career in the fast-paced military housing sector before transitioning to work with various affordable housing programs across the country. Her expertise further expanded when she transitioned into new construction and lease-up management. Currently, Carra serves as the Senior Property Manager for our Echo Park locations, where she oversees three properties with the support of her team. Holding a Bachelor of Business Administration, she is committed to expanding her knowledge by pursuing a Master of Business Administration while continuing to serve her portfolio.
